We have made some changes to our Cancellation Policy. These changes will be in effect from Monday 6th Feb 2023 at 17:30. They are being implemented to help reduce the number of cancellations and ensure members commit to their bookings (We want you guys to attend your sessions, we love it when you are committed!).
Every member has one free cancellation per week(Sat-Sat).
i.e if you are really ill and you need to cancel all your classes for the week then this would count as your first and free cancellation if all are done at the same time.
Any cancellations after your freebie will all be charged will be £5 class rate.
Anyone booking a slot and not showing up will be charged will be £5 class rate.
You can book on to a class if there is availability up to one hour before it starts. We are a little flexible with this if you can't book in the hour time slot, but we still require notice that you are attending. Please send this to the discord group and not personally to me as I am often in PT's.
