Summer Kids Fitness Classes
Guidelines state that children should be doing at least 60 mins of vigorous aerobic activity everyday.
The truth of the matter is that the majority of children don't reach these goals.
Public Health England show that in 2014/15 revealed that a third of 10 - 11 year old and a fifth of 4- 5 year old were overweight or obese.
With this in mind I'm Running classes for kids age 5 - 11 years. These classes will be designed to be fun and enjoyable with the overall aim of getting kids active.
They are designed to cover motor skills, to help develop hand to eye co-ordination, spacial awareness, speed and agility, balance and co-ordination.
The classes will be run by myself, I'm fully qualified Kids Exercise Instructor and also CRB checked.
